What a Google review is, and what it is not

A Google review is a public comment by a Google user. It is not a TRA clearance, not a BRELA certificate, and not a substitute for asking who lodges your file. Read several. Look for people who name an authority. Discount slogans. Do not treat a review as a guaranteed outcome for your facts.

This page will not quote reviews. Quoting selectively is how marketing pages become dishonest. Click the live listing. If you were a client and the desk helped, the same listing is where to say so, after the work, not as a condition of it.

How to brief so a review would even make sense later

1. Mainland or Zanzibar.
2. Activity in classification terms, not a slogan.
3. Ownership and who will sign.
4. Which instrument you think you need, and which portal you have already opened.
5. What you do not know. “Confirm live” is a legitimate brief. “Guarantee the licence” is not.

How to read a review without treating it as a licence

A Google review is a client’s experience of a desk. It is not a BRELA certificate, not a TRA exemption and not a Mining Commission grant. Use reviews to brief scope: which desks were coordinated, whether names matched, whether approvals were promised. Zatra does not issue the paper. Fees on /pricing/. Approvals are not guaranteed.

If you are comparing consultants, ask who files at which portal and who signs the engagement that says the authority still decides. This page will not invent testimonials. As at 11 September 2026, a star rating is not a class.

What a useful review actually names

Useful reviews name the desks that moved: BRELA, TRA, a named sector board, a bank pack. They say whether names matched across those desks. They do not treat a star rating as a licence. They do not treat Zatra as the issuer. If a review promises an approval, treat that sentence as the client’s hope, not a Gazette.
