How do Zatra refunds and cancellations work?

Professional fees are confirmed in a signed service agreement before payment. Government, bank, notary, immigration and regulator charges are third-party and are not refunded by Zatra. Senior Advisory Session USD 49 is credited toward any package if you proceed within 30 days. Outcomes that belong to banks or regulators are not guaranteed.

1. Professional fees vs third-party charges

Published packages on pricing are Zatra professional fees: Standard Business Setup USD 999; Fast Track Business Setup USD 1,500; Executive Investor & Regulated Setup from USD 2,500. Multi-Agency Mandates Desk from USD 12,500. Advisory: Senior Advisory Session USD 49; Market-Entry Assessment from USD 199; Onsite Supplier or Asset Verification from USD 499; Custom Mandates scoped after assessment. BRELA, TRA, licence, bank, notary, immigration and sector-permit charges are third-party, billed separately, at cost. Zatra cannot refund an amount it collected and paid onward to an authority or bank.

2. Agreement before payment

A signed service agreement states the exact scope, professional fee, timeline and both sides’ obligations before money moves. That agreement — not this page — governs cancellation and any refund of unused professional fees.

3. Advisory-session credit

The Senior Advisory Session professional fee is credited toward any Zatra package if you proceed within 30 days. It is not a standing cash-refund offer if you do not proceed.

4. What is not refundable

Statutory and third-party amounts (government filings, licences, bank charges, notary, immigration, sector permits, VAT collected where applicable) are not Zatra professional fees and are not refunded by Zatra. Work already performed under a signed scope is not automatically refundable.

5. Cancellation

Ask the named desk in writing. Unused professional-fee treatment follows the signed agreement for that file. Payment terms are scoped case by case rather than published as a standing instalment or discount offer.

6. Outcomes Zatra does not guarantee

Bank account approval, work or residence permits, visas and TISEZA licensing decisions belong to those authorities. A complete, correctly prepared file is the commitment within Zatra’s control — not a guaranteed approval, and not grounds for an automatic refund if an authority declines.
