Standard targets ~14 working days and Fast Track ~7 working days after complete documents are received. Bank KYC, government systems and sector permits can extend the timeline.
Are government and bank fees included?
No. Package prices cover Zatra professional support. Government fees, bank fees, notarisation, regulator charges, VAT/WHT treatment and sector permits are separated before work starts.
Can a foreign investor own the company?
Yes, subject to correct structure, sector restrictions, tax registrations, licensing, immigration status and regulator approvals where applicable.
What is TISEZA and why does it matter?
TISEZA facilitates eligible investment registration and incentive assessment. Ordinary company setup and incentive eligibility are different questions.
What documents do foreign investors usually need?
Passport bio-data page, photo, foreign address, proposed names, activity, shareholder/director details, source-of-funds information, premises proof and bank KYC materials.
What happens after registration?
Post-registration support may include annual returns, tax compliance, licence renewals, payroll registrations, governance and bank documentation updates.
When is a Transaction Risk Review appropriate?
Before paying a supplier, signing a JV/MOU, relying on export documents or committing capital when the counterparty or payment route is unverified.
What is included in setup packages?
