## Standing corrections

1. **A Mainland registration, permit or licence has no force in Zanzibar** unless a Union matter actually applies.
2. **VAT is not a Union matter** in the way income tax and customs often are — do not copy Mainland VAT assumptions into a Zanzibar file.
3. **Group structures** that run both sides need two jurisdiction maps, not one Mainland pack with a Zanzibar footnote.

## What this outline deliberately does not do
